BRENDON MCLEAN
Partner | Creative Director

Brendon is the creative leader, strategic thinker, rule breaker and problem-solver that helps our clients create effective and award-winning work at LATITUDERED. He’s a graduate from the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), with a degree in Graphic Design. He has drawn experience from a variety of marketing and creative settings, having worked in the Baltimore-DC area for just about the last 20 years with various organizations ranging from in-house marketing teams to corporate design agencies. In 2007, Brendon founded Latitude Studios, a successful, boutique design studio in Baltimore that focused upon identity development and brand management. Latitude Studios has worked with a variety of organizations including major retail centers, large real estate development companies, high-end design build companies, numerous Baltimore eating establishments, large government agencies and convention and tourism organizations to name a few.
He co-founded LATITUDE
RED to provide our clients with increased capabilities including new service areas like public relations, media relations, content development and more. He and the team at LATITUDERED create identities for new companies and products, re-align existing brands to fit changing target audiences, and builds upon existing brands with innovative, new campaigns and creative materials for every medium.

RYAN NAWROCKI
Partner | Account Director

Ryan Nawrocki is a tireless, passionate and motivational public relations professional who sets the standard for leadership in the public relations field by establishing challenging goals and working tirelessly to attain them.

Prior to co-founding LATITUDE
RED, he was appointed Senior Director of the Maryland Transit Administration’s (MTA) Office of Communications & Marketing by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan. Ryan oversaw a multi-million dollar marketing and media relations budget as well as the activities of a 30-person media relations, marketing, mail and print operations team. In that role he launched the first new citywide radio station (WTTZ-FM 93.5) in Baltimore in 30 years. In addition, he expanded the MTA’s social media platforms from four to twelve, increasing MTA social media followers from 7,500 to more than 60,000 in one year.
 
Before working in the Hogan Administration, Ryan worked as a communications director for several members of Congress and served as a public information officer for BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. Ryan attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland. He has a Master of Arts in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of Leadership Baltimore County
